FitCore — Performance Creative Engine
FitCore was a fitness brand with a good product and boring ads. Their CTR was 0.6%, their creatives all looked the same, and their customer acquisition cost (CAC) was creeping up month over month. The algorithms were fatiguing on their stale assets. We built them a high-velocity creative production engine — 12–16 new ad concepts per month, tested systematically across TikTok and Meta, each built around a different hook, persona, and emotional angle. CTR went from 0.6% to 2.1%. CAC dropped 44%.
Tech Stack
The Algorithm Doesn't Reward Brands That Show Up Twice With the Same Ad.

🎬 Monthly Creative Sprint System
We established a rigorous 4-week creative production cycle: week 1 (concept), week 2 (production), week 3 (editing + QA), week 4 (launch + analyze last month). 12–16 new ad pieces go live every single month — no exceptions.
🪝 Hook Library Architecture
We built a library of 30+ proven hooks mapped to different customer states: pain-aware, solution-aware, unaware. Every new creative starts from a proven hook before adding new angles.
📲 TikTok-Native Creative Direction
For TikTok, we shifted to UGC-style, native-feel content that doesn't look like an ad. FitCore's best-performing creative is 23 seconds of an athlete talking to camera — no logo intro, no music bed, no polish. Just a human sharing a result.
📊 48-Hour Kill or Scale Rule
Every new ad gets a minimum 48-hour evaluation window. If the early CPM/CVR ratio signals a loser, we kill it and redirect budget to the next concept. If it signals a winner, we scale before competitors can clone it.
