LocalBuzz was a chain of 4 local service branches with practically no social media presence. We built a content system that produced location-specific daily content, turned their best customers into UGC creators, and pushed their social activity into Google's local ranking signals. We built a post-visit SMS and WhatsApp flow that asks happy customers to share their experience on Google Business within 24 hours of their visit — while the experience is still fresh. Review velocity is a direct ranking signal.
